This was a wishlist cel of mine and I'm so happy I have it. I absolutely adore her character design.
I made a note when I originally wrote this description (20ish years ago) that getting this involved dealing with someone who wasn't particularly nice, but I have literally zero recollection of it now, I'm only noting again because it's funny to think about how things that seem like a "BIG DEAL" are ultimately meaningless in the long run.
