It took more than a year but we're finally finished moving and updating the Sailor Moon section of the gallery. Mostly anyway there are 4 or 5 Sailor Moon cels/sketches to be scanned and added but it was time to move on.
So we've added all the cels from our old Rubberslug gallery and all the Sailor Moon cels we've scanned since we stopped updating that gallery in mid 2022 (42 new individual entries to the gallery but some contain multiple pieces of art). We've managed to get several wishlist cels, like the beautiful bank shot of Eternal Sailor Moon's transformation above, and we're happy to finally have them up and ready to share with other Sailor moon fans. During this moving and uploading process we did our best to ID many of our cels and most of the screenshots come from SailorSoapbox.com which has been an invaluable resource.
The cels are listed chronologically from when they were added to the site so cels added today will pop up first. All the older stuff that was in the old Rubberslug gallery was back dated with the date they were added to that gallery. Everything in the general "New" section are cels that never made it to rubberslug (there's at least 1 non sailor moon cel in there since I last made an update post) so it's stuff for the last 4ish years. Eventually when we've finished moving all our old stuff, the new stuff category will be more limited to group updates for a single date but for now enjoy the 4 years of bounty!
We've been trying to add at least 1 cel a day to the gallery to hopefully get this project finally done with so hopefully we'll be on to adding Shamanic Princess cels tomorrow.
As always, these cels are our personal collection and are NOT for sale, but we do have some animation cels for sale (along with other collectibles) on our store website, Avane Shop (shipping to US ONLY at the moment).
