This cel unfortunately arrived with a bad case of vinegar syndrome, and the acetate is wrinkling. It's a pity because it's a lovely shot. It came as part of a lot of cels from this episode and it doesn't seem to have spread to the rest of them so there is that at least. We've had it for several years now and while it certainly hasn't gotten better it doesn't seem to have deteriorated more in our care either.
