Stephanie Cel:
A really interesting model cel probably a pre-production for the Super Mario World cartoon given the date and the fact that it says Super Mario Bros 4. Only one Mario is painted and he unfortunately has a small paint chip. I absolutely adore this weird and wonderful piece of Mario art.
