This cel unfortunately has a lot of fading but given it's age it's pretty normal
Bancoran, who's lovingly referred to as the bishounen killer for his ability to "kill" bishies with his eyes, is our favorite character. He's a high ranking agent from London assigned to protect Patalliro early in the series and annoyed by him throughout the rest of it.
This one was in Mandarake everyday auctions and was getting no love so we picked him for opening bid.
